Vintage Danelectro Silvertone Longhorn Baritone Guitar
Though you could just throw a set of strings on this and go for it, I'll emphasize here that I'm selling this as a project for restoration for a collector. 
I've done my best to find info on these and there's very little out there are they are pretty rare, only having been made from 1959 to 1962. This has already had a long life and has some bumps and bruises to show for it. Let's start at the top: coke bottle headstock, what I believe to be original Kluson tuners. This was strung as a bass when I got it so I bought a new replacement nut for it, which is in place but it needs to be professionally cut and fitted-- were you to string it right now, it'd work but the action would be very high. There is a slight crack one on side at the top of the fret but it looks like it's been there for a while and hasn't spread since I've had this. I'll post a pic in the flickr set linked to below. I strongly doubt that it structurally affects this guitar. The back of the neck has some dings, as pictured. The good news is that the frets/ fingerboard are in fantastic shape considering the age. Very little wear and tons of life left on the frets. Some of the cheap binding on the body appears to be lifting slightly but nothing egregious. One of the pickups is original and the other appears to be a repro. There was another bridge with a bridge cover on it mounted on the guitar which left some extra holes in the top. With the original bridge back on, all the holes are covered except for the two from the bridge cover. The pickguard I got from Allparts almost fits right... Pickup selector and volume knob, both of which work fine. Pickups sound great, loud with a ton of character. This guitar is also very loud when unamplified because of it's semi-hollow construction. With a little bit of work-- maybe an hour to fit and cut the nut and put some strings on?-- you'll have a very collectible, very rare vintage guitar. 
No case for this. I can rob a gig bag from one of my basses for an additional $20 if you want or a hard case for $75.
