Silvertone Guitar

This is a near mint example of a 1963 vintage Danelectro Silvertone Amp-In-Case Guitar and Amplifier Model 1457  You won't find a better looking or playing guitar around than this one and the amp looks as good as the guitar. Both items work perfectly and this guitar has NO fret buzz...she stays in tune. Her Brazilian rosewood fretboard is cleaned & oiled, frets polished. Her vinyl sidewalls are off white and there!  She's got her DANO lipstick tubes...TWO of them. She gives the word pickup.......all new meaning!  Across the near mint checklist this girl gets all A +++++++++++. She has some blemishes but for me it gives it character. Back & front of the 1457 has the Sunburst sparkle & the cherry red finish is very clean. This guitar and amp is GUARANTEED original & vintage! We are now 45 years into the future from 1963 and realize that these relics are excellent axes..........nothing can compare to the feel and the sound of these classic pieces from the mid 20th century!
