Up for auction is a 1960's Sivertone Model 1457 Amp in Case with a reddish brown sunburst 2 lipstick pickup guitar. The amp has two inputs, volume, tone, tremolo: strength and speed. Still has the original tubes, footswitch (for tremolo on and off), and instrument cable. The silver ring on the grill of the amp/case is loose and needs to be re adhered to the cloth grill. The guitar is in good shape with just a few minor chips on the edges, no major damage, and overall good shape. I strung the guitar up with 9s and plays really well. No fret damage and doesn't fret out anywhere. Stacked Volume and Tone pots move independently with no noise. Switch may need to be replaced, it doesn't separate the pickups, but didn't want to open the sealed metal shielding box under pick guard. The amp with the guitar sound great together.
