 Yes, this is a genuine 60s Vintage SEARS SILVERTONE TWIN TWELVE model 1484 Amplifier head. 100 Watts total (50w/channel)

Bought in the mid-1980s, it features TWO INPUTS EACH on TWO CHANNELS (i.e. Four Inputs Total), each with Volume, Bass and Treble controls. There are Master Reverb and Tremelo Strength/Speed effects. Tremelo is activated by a plug-in footswitch. Both effects work well. Power, Standby and Ground reverse switches. Top handle still in good working condition.

There is a slight bit of patina on the front metal facing, as photo indicates. A majority of its vacuum tubes/valves are still Original Silvertone, as labeling in rear photos indicates. One of the nine dials is cracked (piece missing), although that doesn't effect its operation. Other dials have minor dings.

There are some slight modifications: parts were painted black before I purchased it. The electrical cord has been (safely) spliced to reach farther. The two outputs have been converted from male jacks to female inputs (both of these can be easily restored by any electrician). There are new labels on the front as pictured (the original labeling had worn off).

It is in excellent working order, although it has been scarcely used in the last 20 years. NOTE tubes lighting up on rear photos.

Will include Roland-made footswitch which works to turn Tremelo on/off, excellent condition.
