Sears and Roebuck Model 1483 Silvertone Amplifier. Vintage amp has been completely rebuilt by a trained technician. All filter caps replaced and beefed up with the highest quality american made parts. All new tubes including 6L6 Ruby power tubes, JJ pre-amps and Sovtek rectifier. In other words it will knock your socks off. All of the pots work like new with no scratching or popping noises. The tone is amazing. It's as loud as a 100 watt Twin as far as sound levels go but it has a lot more bass as it was originally intended to be a bass amp in the 60's. Both channels work perfect with independent bass, treble and volumes. A three pronged power cord as well as a 1/4 output jack were installed by the same tech who rebuilt the amp. If your looking for a vintage amp with power, reliability and creamy sound, this is your baby. This amp was hand wired with point to point construction and built to last. 4 or 8 ohm output. Dont be afraid to ask questions. Will only ship to the lower 48 states, payment due at auction ending please.
