Ive
had the pleasure of several of these amps. I love them! They are quieter in the
“hum” department than their twin 12” counterpart 

(the 1484)  due to the difference in transformer
placement. Killer amps with many applications.

This
amp is 100% working, and the original 15” Jensen C15P speaker is also 100% at
any volume.

Completely
original, aside from the hardwired speaker wire having a ¼” mono plug and a
matching  ¼” mono jack installed on the

head (no drilling or chassis modifications)

There
is also a 3-pronged A/C power cable installed and properly grounded. This helps
these amps tremendously, and is now much more

useful in the studio and for
gigs.

All
in all, it is a very clean amp. The flash pictures show some oxidization on the
faceplate (could be cleaned up a bit) – and there are some

marks here and
there- nothing major. Overall it’s a very sturdy amplifier. – take notice;
there is a wooden shim between two of the chassis

pieces, barely visible,
inside the top/back of the head. The chassis was rattling a bit, and this fixed
it right up. And, the thin piece of wood will

not degrade over time, like most
foam strips would, so I regard this as a secure and lasting repair.

All
of the tubes are good, and they are ALL original.

Still
has its original filter capacitors, and I haven’t noticed any capacitor noise
in the 3 or 4 years Ive owned it. it sounds fantastic.
