 Ok, here's the story (and a sad one it is). This is my little baby. I'm 53 years young and I've owned her since I was 11. Learned all I know playing her At one time she had those fuzzy feet stickers on her and my initials proudly on her headstock (Stickers also. No marks from the feet or initials).As you can see the centers of the knobs are red. Fingernail polish (Shush, Mother still doesn't know). I  plugged the amp into what I thought was a 110 socket when I was 13. Turned out to be 220. Fried! Over the years, the amp disappeared but the ole 1448 hung with me through marriage and divorce. (Had to hide her cause I know the ex would have stolen her given the chance). Anyway, I bought another amp off of ebay a few months ago. Was advertised as possibly having bad tubes. After I got it, turned out the output transformer was GONE. Not burned out but GONE! It was wired directly to the speaker. Needless to say, that didn't work so I ordered a brand spankin new one from triode. It's a fender champ style made in the good ole USA. Soldered that bad boy in and viola. I also had already put new tubes in it so the old ones are included. The amp had a jag out of the front so I put some new tolex on it. Probably should have left it alone but you can see it in the pictures. The guitar is in very good shape for it's age. The only problem is the lipstick pickup is split. (I heard they were prone to this). It still picks up and plays well. Just split. The ONLY reason I'm selling her is because (here comes the big lay it on your spouse thing) I was a drummer first and I'm building my LAST SET of drums and MY WIFE said "No money goes out 'till some comes in". I need cymbals and a snare stand BAD. Already got the DW'S and DYING to play them but won't till it's all together. Johnny Cash, One piece at a time. I WILL shead a tear when she goes but it's time. I listening to ACDC right now wishing I was beating the H--- out of those DW's so she's gotta go. So good luck bidding and if you get her rest easy knowing she's only had two owners and I've had her for 42 years. Sorry can't ship her outside the continental US.
