Up for auction today we have a rare 1964 Sears Silvertone Guitar and Amp/case Model number 1457. These are starting to get hard to find. This guitar is in great condition and the amp/case is in better condition. This is the rarer two pick-up setup. The Guitar was gone over by my local guitar luthier and given a clean bill of health. The ONLY issue with this entire setup is one of the knobs is missing on the guitar. The potentiometer functions just fine, just needs a new knob. The amp has been gone through by my local amp tach and also has received a clean bill of health. Some of the original tubes remain. The 12AX7 has been replaced at some time during its life. This setup has been used by Aerosmith, and is early Dan-Electro. Here is your chance to get a rare piece of equipment for a fair price.
