Vintage 1960s Silvertone by Harmony model 1429 Electric Hollowbody Guitar 1454
Here we have the top of the line Silvertone from 1959. Introduced in 1957 at $149 from your local Sears Roebuck store, the "Two-Twelve" boasted a
four 6L6 power section just like it's competitor - the tweed Fender Twin. With 50 watts of output, this was quite the Rock & Roll machine.
This amp was dated from the potentiometer codes: 137 851 (CTS 51st week of 1958)
Pair of Utah 12" alnico speakers. Codes: 328 936 and 328 952. This is interesting, because the 1396 was discontinued in 1959 and we have a
speaker made in the 52nd week of 1959. Might have been produced in early 1960.
Amp has been serviced and has a grounded, three prong power cord added. All silkscreed on the chrome is in very good condition. Amp looks and
